We welcome and encourage young athletes of any ability to attend our junior training session's on a Tuesday evening on the Cotswold School grounds, in Bourton-on-the-Water.
The training session's start at 7.00pm, and they last approximately twenty to forty five minutes, depending on the age group and type of session.
The minimum age is 7 years old . A parent or guardian must be present at the training session with any junior who is under 9 years of age.
We also welcome parents/guardians to join in if they wish. A great way to get fit and run with your child, especially if of a younger age who needs a little extra support and encouragement.
The training session's are principly set up for Junior's who wish to improve in Cross Country, especially for School and other Competitions. Please view our "Training Sessions" page for further information.
We offer "FREE INTRODUCTORY TRIAL SESSION'S" over a four week period, so you can come and try a few sessions to see if you enjoy our friendly club.

From October until April, Training Sessions take place in the dark and are not suitable for younger children and beginners. A Hi Viz top and Head Torch must be worn for safety during this period.

Junior Club Leaders are DRB checked by England Athletics and have ‘Leader in Running Fitness Qualification's’.
