Races Organised By Other Clubs
The club actively supports and participates in the Gloucestershire AAA competitions, including the County Road Series. The proposed programme is available to review. The competition result tables will be presented on the County's own website.
Please make a note in your diaries for the following races, which comprise the Gloucestershire Cross Country League for the 2011/2012 season. Travel and course details will be emailed to team secretaries about 2 weeks before each race, plus they will be placed on the Gloucestershire AAA website.
- 8th Oct 2011 - Bourton RR - Cotswold Farm Park, Guiting Power
- 5th Nov 2011 - Gloucester AC - Blackbridge / Crypt School, Gloucester
- 10th Dec 2011 - CLC Striders - Pitville Park / Prince of Wales Stadium, Cheltenham
- 4th Feb 2012 - Tewkesbury AC - Tewkesbury School
For Gloucestershire clubs and those clubs with Gloucestershire qualified members, the Gloucestershire AAA Cross Country Championships will be at Oxtalls Indoor Tennis Centre, Plock Court, Gloucester on 7th January 2012. This wil be hosted by Severn AC
White Horse Harriers have notified us about their half marathon, which takes place on 1st April 2012. Download an entry form.
We have been notified about the first Milton Keynes Marathon, which is to be held Sunday 29th April 2012. They are saying that entries are going quickly. Online entries are available at www.mkmarathon.co.uk
